Success Freaks #84 – “On Beyond Facebook”
Social Media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ have been instrumental in people reaching out and touching the world. However, these amazing connectors, these awesome uniters (which may or may not be a word) can also act like buffers, causing people to keep in touch more via social media than through face-to-face “real conversations.”
Is there a problem here?
Are we losing touch with humanity by constantly staying in touch digitally?
In this episode of Success Freaks, our “More Than Just Facebook Friends” Comedic Motivational show hosts, Mordant & McFall, bring up the subject of the life we all lead “On Beyond Facebook.”
This is not to say that Social Media as a whole is bad. Obviously, a lot of good comes from Social Media. Friendships are formed, ideas are birthed and come to fruition, the voice of the people in politics—not just ours, but all over the world—is finally being heard. However, we need to take things further. On Beyond the buffer of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, etc. Take these friendships we’ve formed, this social interaction we are enjoying, to another level. Let’s not, in using our superpower of reaching out and touching the world, forget our basic need for physical human contact.

TOSOL #66 – So Loud You Burn Out
When you’re making those big important “Life” plans, you have to be careful not to pile so many things on your plate that you lose interest/focus…or “burn out.” It’s important to devise ways to make the journey productive, but pleasant…busy, but not all consuming. However, you must also make room for downtime, which can include spending time with family, friends, or loved ones. The trick is to live out loud, but not “So Loud You Burn Out.”
Tonight our “Burnin’ the Candle at Both Ends” Motivational Show Hosts, Mordant & McFall, talk about their own Dream-Catching struggles and offer systems to help get through those times.

Where do you come from? Where are you going? In tonight’s episode of “The Other Side of LIVE!,” Mordant & McFall help you to discover your “Life Missions” as they journey through another Success Freaks chapter of Double Your Income Doing What You Love…with a side of life realization thrown in for spice.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to figure out what YOUR “Life Missions” are…and then take the necessary steps to achieve them. McFall wants to be the Jim Henson of podcasting while Mordant wants to leave the world a far better place than it was when he got here.

Once the episode gets rolling, the Dynamic Duo of Dreamcatching do their damnedest to prove that Failing Forward is not necessarily a bad thing.
Tonight’s lessons learned touch on how Failing helps you figure out how to succeed or, at the very least, decide what you should not be doing…whether it be in business, investments, or your relationships.
Surprise guest DaDenMan (of the No Agenda Stream) calls in to lend his military-trained views on Failure. Soon after, Mordant gives homework…yes, homework. This TOSOL “Fight Club” challenge is issued at the very end of the episode…just as McFall is called away on “Family Duties.” A blindsided and somewhat disoriented Mordant does a little Failing Forward of his own, ending the show all by his lonesome.
