“You don’t have to be Loud to be Living Out LOUD…
You just have to be YOU!”

The next question you’re asking is probably, “How exactly do I ‘live out loud?’” and there are a number of ways in which to answer this question.
How do you start “Living Out Loud”?
Mordant & McFall compare notes and come up with a list of how to accomplish this feat in a number of ways that will please and surprise you. Join in as they lay claim to their passions and let the world know this is who they are and they love doing what they do. Here at Success Freaks, we H.O.B.A., do you!?
This month, March’s, theme is New Adventures in H.O.B.A We’ll be discussing some of the new adventures we’re on and how we’re Helping Others Be Awesome.
Episode #87 was supposed to be all about Mordant & McFall interviewing a new podcasting friend they met while attending the New Media Expo. However, things went horribly awry…or did they?
Tonight’s Guest Star, Tim Gillette – The Rocker Life Coach, turns the table on our “Bizzarro- Backwards, Inside-Out” Comedic Motivational cohosts, Mordant & McFall, by asking them about their Success Freaks lives.
Here are those questions:
Social Media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ have been instrumental in people reaching out and touching the world. However, these amazing connectors, these awesome uniters (which may or may not be a word) can also act like buffers, causing people to keep in touch more via social media than through face-to-face “real conversations.”
Is there a problem here?
Are we losing touch with humanity by constantly staying in touch digitally?
In this episode of Success Freaks, our “More Than Just Facebook Friends” Comedic Motivational show hosts, Mordant & McFall, bring up the subject of the life we all lead “On Beyond Facebook.”
This is not to say that Social Media as a whole is bad. Obviously, a lot of good comes from Social Media. Friendships are formed, ideas are birthed and come to fruition, the voice of the people in politics—not just ours, but all over the world—is finally being heard. However, we need to take things further. On Beyond the buffer of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Google+, etc. Take these friendships we’ve formed, this social interaction we are enjoying, to another level. Let’s not, in using our superpower of reaching out and touching the world, forget our basic need for physical human contact.
“Ted: Bill, I think they want us to say something.
Bill: What should I say?
Ted: [shrugs] Make something up.
Bill: Be excellent to each other.
[room murmurs appreciatively]
Ted: Party on, dudes!
In this episode our #1 late-Night “BlogWorld, Baby!” Motivational talk-radio show hosts (whew!) come to you, once again, from The Entertainment Capital of the World…Las Vegas, Nevada! As New Media Expo (formerly BlogWorld) is in the middle of breaking down exhibits and the NMXLive! Conference comes to an end, for 2013, Mordant & McFall are hosting their second radio show in two days.
Joined by The Real PodVader himself (Jay Soderberg), the boys give us a recap of the “Excellent Adventure” they have been on for the past three…no, make that four…days. Many new friends have been made, lots of knowledge has been passed down, business alliances have been formed, and PodCasting Royalty has been touched by the Success Freaks invasion! The phrase “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” was tested as McFall regaled us with his “nightclub memories” and the unveiling of THE pen (my precious).
Among the many wonderful souls that were touched on in this show, we offer a huge “Thanks” to the following people (see the Highlights) who gave us guidance, reached out to make us welcome, offered support, and just were an absolute joy to meet as Success Freaks (formerly known as “The Other Side of LIVE!”) stormed the NMX/Blogworld castle.
Party on, Dudes!

Broadcasting LIVE from Las Vegas at the NMX Conference, baby! This “Special” episode of Success Freaks finds the #1 Late-Night “New Media Expo” Motivational Show hosts, Mordant and McFall, in the middle of one of the most exciting, and nerve-wracking, times of their lives as they share their adventures in “Bushwhacking Success “ …or finding that “back door” (just like a Victory Ninja) in to where you want to be.
Today our Success Freaks podcasting duo enthusiastically discuss the trials and tribulations encountered on their path to becoming professional speakers, the road to NMX, as well as the lessons learned along the way, and how they use these experiences as they move forward. With a little help from a list of people that reads like the Who’s Who of NMX and/or podcasting Royalty, this hour is lively, fun, and a lesson in itself.
The race you’re running, the one that levels up your life enough to achieve your goals and change your world — it’s a race your run against yourself … and it’s a marathon — not a sprint. Persistence is the key to Bushwhacking success. Too many people quit, thinking they’re way off the mark, not realizing they’re just 10 feet from the gold. You’ve got to plan your strategy, lie in wait, and then move when the opportunity presents itself. If you really want to do something, sometimes you have to actually create it yourself! This can be said for almost everything you do.
