This is YOUR 2013!  Work towards Goals…don’t make resolutions.

When most people make their New Year’s Resolutions, they are setting themselves up to fail from the very beginning.  So, set positive Goals instead of Resolutions and work towards them.

What Goals have you planned for 2013? We’re not talking about “Resolutions” here we’re talking actual Goals.  Have you set Goals you want to achieve?  Have you written them down?  Have you set actionable (baby) steps to help you achieve your Goals?  Do you have plans to keep a record of your daily, weekly, and/or monthly steps?

In this Episode our New Year’s Day Motivational hosts, Mordant & McFall, take us on a trip down memory lane as we remember how much The Other Side of LIVE! has evolved since the beginning of 2012.  It’s been a year of transition, growth and coming of age as motivational speakers, talk radio show hosts, and individuals.  Plans are being formulated for the TOSOL/Success Freaks radio show, and business, for 2013 as the show becomes “Success Freaks”, The Success Freaks System is created, the Success Freaks Conference comes to life in June 2013, and everyone on the Success Freaks team is gearing up for a Bigger, Badder, Better fun-filled future.  Goals are being set, steps are being made to reach those Goals, and, in 2013, Success Freaks will be the most exciting ride in the amusement park.  We invite everyone to join us on this ride.

While everyone else in the world is busy spending time with friends and family. While everyone else in the world is enjoying a little time off from their busy lives and celebrating Christmas the way, ya know, you should … our Motivational talk show Elves, Mordant & McFall, are doing the one thing that no one else on their team is doing.  They’re chatting…on the radio … with each other, and Gitmo Slave (from the No Agenda Stream), about what they’re doing with their Christmas Day.

The evening runs the gambit from favorite Christmas Movies that simply must be watched, reminiscing about favorite gifts received as children, favorite memories of time spent with family, and what annual rituals people go through during this time of year. Mordant, McFall and Gitmo take the time to share of themselves with their listeners on this Christmas Evening.

As 2012 winds down and the Holidays approach, what kind of stress do YOU have going on not only in your life, but also in the lives of those around you?  Do you have year-end deadlines coming up?  Are you worried about how you can afford gifts for you family and / or friends…and getting them shipped on time?  Are you letting the weight of all the “snow” in your life weigh you down to keep you from being the successful person you are meant to be?

Tonight Mordant & McFall discuss both the positive and negative ways they have, and do, deal with stress.

This is a very busy season everyone at the “TOSOL / Success Freaks” headquarters.  Besides the Holiday stress that most people in the world are addressing, our “Snow-Blown” Motivational team of Mordant & McFall also has events in their own lives, which are bringing much busy-ness to the table.  From closing up a Renaissance Festival, to a live theater show, much traveling, speechifying, a new baby on the way, prepping for Vegas / NMX, creating the Success Freaks System, and the Success Freaks Atlanta 2013 Conference, it has become a very stressful and busy time. There’s a lot going on, and then there’s the Holidays – who has time to keep caught up, let alone be successful, at a time like this!?

This is the time of year when families gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s or whatever holiday you customarily honor.  How do you handle the stress of the holidays?  Do you spend your entire holiday season rushing around to different family-member’s houses just to appease everyone?  If you don’t go, does your family send you on endless guilt trips by trying to make you feel like you don’t care about them?  Have you ever wondered how you could find a middle ground so you could stay at home and celebrate with your own family and, for once, enjoy your holiday time without alienating other family members or feeling pressured?

Mordant takes a night off as McFall, with his Guest Host, LaLa Zigfreid, discuss the trials and tribulations of “Family Matters” as Thanksgiving rapidly approaches.

Tonight Charles (McFall) shares his situation of dutifully suffering for years with demands from his family – eventually blowing up over the stress,  the two years of silence that followed, and finally calling a truce that everyone seems to be able to successfully live with.  Guest Host LaLa Zigfreid offers up her own experiences as an adopted child where she never felt a part of the family.  LaLa goes on to share how she’s turning all her negatives into positives and getting so much more from her holidays than she once did.
