What are you filling your brain with today?  Good stuff, bad stuff, or nothing at all? Whatever it is, it’s having an effect on who you are.  Do you surround yourself with positive or negative people who influence how you approach life?  If the old computer adage, Garbage In Garbage Out is true, how do you take out the trash so it doesn’t affect you negatively.

Take a really hard look at your life and the person you are.  Are you pleased with the current version of you – or would you like an upgrade to a more successful, happier model?  It’s up to you to decide what information, which people, and what kind of experiences you will allow into your life.  It’s up to you to “keep kicking at the darkness until it bleeds daylight.”
