As 2012 winds down and the Holidays approach, what kind of stress do YOU have going on not only in your life, but also in the lives of those around you?  Do you have year-end deadlines coming up?  Are you worried about how you can afford gifts for you family and / or friends…and getting them shipped on time?  Are you letting the weight of all the “snow” in your life weigh you down to keep you from being the successful person you are meant to be?

Tonight Mordant & McFall discuss both the positive and negative ways they have, and do, deal with stress.

This is a very busy season everyone at the “TOSOL / Success Freaks” headquarters.  Besides the Holiday stress that most people in the world are addressing, our “Snow-Blown” Motivational team of Mordant & McFall also has events in their own lives, which are bringing much busy-ness to the table.  From closing up a Renaissance Festival, to a live theater show, much traveling, speechifying, a new baby on the way, prepping for Vegas / NMX, creating the Success Freaks System, and the Success Freaks Atlanta 2013 Conference, it has become a very stressful and busy time. There’s a lot going on, and then there’s the Holidays – who has time to keep caught up, let alone be successful, at a time like this!?

 When Life Overwhelms You…are you Over It?  Or do you grab your shovel (or snowplow) and go hunting opportunities to dig out?

So…what have YOU changed about YOUR life in 2013?  Have you followed along and written “Annual Love Letters” to yourself?  Did you write down you Goals for the year?  Have you figured out how to delegate tasks so that you can concentrate on the things you need to be doing to get you where you want to be in your future…in your NOW?  Are you doing what YOU love?

In tonight’s show, Mordant & McFall wrap up everything they went over this year following the book, “Double Your Income Doing What You Love” by Raymond Aaron with Sue Lacher  and sharing their experiences from the very beginning of 2012 when “The Other Side of LIVE!” joined the No Agenda Stream.  Looking back and reminiscing with devoted “The Other Side of LIVE!” and “Success Freaks” listeners, they explore the things they themselves have learned from these exercises.  It’s been an exciting year of change, self-discovery, and moving forward in a positive way.

Find out what you love, write those Love Letters to yourself, create your own Life Missions, set goals, and make the commitment to do what it takes to change your own life so that you too can become the person you dream of being.  Believe that the Universe is conspiring to help you get everything you desire, but also know that you have to do your part too.

This is the time of year when families gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s or whatever holiday you customarily honor.  How do you handle the stress of the holidays?  Do you spend your entire holiday season rushing around to different family-member’s houses just to appease everyone?  If you don’t go, does your family send you on endless guilt trips by trying to make you feel like you don’t care about them?  Have you ever wondered how you could find a middle ground so you could stay at home and celebrate with your own family and, for once, enjoy your holiday time without alienating other family members or feeling pressured?

Mordant takes a night off as McFall, with his Guest Host, LaLa Zigfreid, discuss the trials and tribulations of “Family Matters” as Thanksgiving rapidly approaches.

Tonight Charles (McFall) shares his situation of dutifully suffering for years with demands from his family – eventually blowing up over the stress,  the two years of silence that followed, and finally calling a truce that everyone seems to be able to successfully live with.  Guest Host LaLa Zigfreid offers up her own experiences as an adopted child where she never felt a part of the family.  LaLa goes on to share how she’s turning all her negatives into positives and getting so much more from her holidays than she once did.

Self-esteem (or self-worth), simply put, is how good we feel about ourselves and, believe it or not, it’s not something we’re born with.  People that surround us, and certain circumstances, can cause us to feel unworthy of praise, greatness, and even love.  Since studies have shown that 2 out of 3 people suffer from low self-esteem or self-worth, it’s easy to see why this problem came to mind for tonight’s topic.

When you’re making those big important “Life” plans, you have to be careful not to pile so many things on your plate that you lose interest/focus…or “burn out.”  It’s important to devise ways to make the journey productive, but pleasant…busy, but not all consuming.  However, you must also make room for downtime, which can include spending time with family, friends, or loved ones.  The trick is to live out loud, but not “So Loud You Burn Out.”
