Is fear of success a real thing? If so, why are people so afraid of this beneficial thing they keep saying that want out of life? So many people unknowingly sabotage themselves without realizing it and then wonder why they’re not succeeding.
Fear of Success means being afraid of the very thing you desire. Giving into that fear will keep you safely ensconced in that snuggly-safe bed you are making for yourself by not taking the steps necessary to live a bigger, badder, better, more life. Moving beyond this self-imposed mediocrity means giving up what you’re comfortable with. It means leaving your comfort zone and taking enough of a leap of faith to take a closer look at what you need to change in order to be successful.
This long, honest look in the mirror is the necessary first step. If you want more out of life, you will need to learn how to accept the truth of who you are…and then learn to live beyond it. The sooner you can come to terms with this, the sooner you can succeed.
