Have you ever experienced those moments when you just don’t want to keep hammering away at something anymore? Those moments when what was once fun is no longer enjoyable? It’s times like these when keeping the proverbial ball rolling is most important.

How do you do this when you don’t have the time, the energy, or the desire to keep plugging away at what was once a beloved project or goal? First, cut yourself some slack – beating yourself up isn’t going to get anything done faster or better. Have you ever been truckin’ on down the road with whatever it is you’re achieving in your life and you begin to run out of steam?  You were plowing ahead and you want to continue moving forward no matter what obstacles or distractions get thrown your way.  What steps do you take to keep on keepin’ on?  Is it enough to merely maintain with what you’re doing?  Or is it more important to continue, riding your momentum onward & upward to new heights.
