On this episode of Success Freaks, Mordant has tech issues while Charles starts the show, and we just “go with the flow”. In segment two… Mordant? Mordant? Bueller? Nope. We find out more about Social Anxiety and overcoming challenges. Third Section: Still no Mordant! (So Charles and Audrey talk about how getting away from rules, leads to success.) What begins as a show about team building, quickly morphs into a frank discussion about Mordant’s experience at the Islamic Relief USA offices, the similarities in people different from us, diversity, racism, and moving from prejudice to tolerance and onto acceptance. Join the Success Freaks as they take a look at some of the difficulty inherent in moving out from your comfort zone of knowing only people who are familiar to you to having new friends with different backgrounds.
