You want to begin that exercise program, begin that novel, go on a cruise, visit another country, or begin working towards that new career you’ve always wanted. You always say, “I’ll do it tomorrow.” What is the word for it? That’s right, procrastination. Procrastination must be the simplest and most popular form of self-sabotage known to man. It keeps us from becoming what we most want to be and, if you think about it, it poisons our dreams.
