How do we deal with a plateau without negative drama? In the Level Up section they talk about ‘time awareness’ and challenging yourself. Segment One –
Mordant follows up on last week’s episode and spends a morning on television. Charles signs on with Ink Bear Talent and is up for his first commercial. The guys talk about what it means to keep the faith in calm waters. Charles uses a lot of nautical metaphors.

How do you handle it when things are going well? Can reaching a plateau be a bad thing? Mordant tells us about “The Charge” by Brendon Burchard. Be careful when you reach a plateau and don’t create problems for yourself just to feel challenged. Enjoy the chance to take a break when it comes. Charles talks about the tendency in life to create drama you don’t really need.

A Listener Question: “How can I jumpstart my weight loss once I’ve reached a plateau that I can’t seem to get beyond?” Mordant says ‘Stop focusing on the diet and focus on lifestyle instead’.
