Segment One –
Today we find out that Charles only sounds this good once or twice a year… (usually it’s Mordant). The guys broadcast from the Bears Den for the last time in the next few months. Mordant will take advantage of a bit of “down time.” Mordant & McFall welcome new sponsor: Islamic Relief USA. Segment Two –
The guys answer a question from the Chatroom that touches on last week’s episode, “Doubt.” Listener Nada asks “Can you talk about how the ‘Ego’ may or may not fuel the fear we have about how we’re perceived and rejection and ways this fear can hold us back from opportunity?” Which gave the guys the idea to focus this episode on “Think Outside the Tribe.” Humans are “Herd Animals.” Is it possible for the fear of success to be caused by our unwillingness to “break out of the herd”? Mordant talks about his new relationship podcast, “I Like You Most Days,” and how it’s different from the work he’s done up to now. Sometimes breaking out of the herd points you in the direction of success.
Segment Three –
Mordant & McFall talk about using your Ego to move beyond the herd mentality of The Tribe. We tend to follow what our fellow members of the herd have to say about our endeavors. Don’t allow the “naysayers” in the herd to hold you back. Mordant tells us how “sticking to your guns” when the herd says “Nay!” can fuel our success. Charles & Mordant go on to talk about how the support of the herd can be the first step on our road to success.

Segment Four –
Level Up – React to the herd without letting it lead. Desensitise yourself to get over your hurdles.
Charles’ Level Up: Think “Why not?” instead of “Why?” If you’re feeling some level of resistance from the herd, it’s a good thing. Sometimes the fight against inertia points you in the direction you need.
Mordant’s Level Up: Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Seek out situations that take you away from the safe space the Tribe provides.
Segment Five –
