Mordant & McFall discuss interactions they had as a result miscommunication about these decisions. They then chat about how to get the results you desire by communicating better. Things even get a little heated towards the end in the On Beyond section.

Segment One –
Mordant & McFall talk about the events of the last week in the Unites States, the Supreme Court decision on Same Sex Marriage, initial reactions, and the importance of communication in the aftermath.
Segment Two –
Mordant points out that the way things can be said affects how they’re perceived and your ability to communicate effectively. Charles & Mordant discuss a fairly controversial Facebook post that Charles made and whether or not he communicated his point in the way he intended.
Segment Three –
Charles talks about the differing responses he got to his Facebook post. Mordant talks about how a “knee-jerk” negative response can kill communication. The guys also touch base on communicating via Social Media and that YOU control the message that reaches you. If a friend is filling your Facebook feed with unwanted drama, here’s how to clear that away without causing even MORE drama.
Segment Four –
Level Up – Mordant Says: “If you’re having trouble communicating, try a different approach. Find a different way to say it.”
Charles’ Level Up: Embrace the controversy. It gives you a clue about the people around and lets others know who you really are.
Mordant’s Level Up: Take complete and total responsibility for your message.
