They spend time in the Chatroom discussing the meaning of having a Big Ego, and asking is it Ego or Arrogance? In the Level up section, Mordant & McFall finally ask a question and then learn to grow their self-confidence. And in the On Beyond section, we look at the ways Burning Man can teach us to have an awesome life.

Segment One –
Charles & Mordant open the show with a bit of “Role Reversal.” Charles tells us how he got the idea for this week’s show. Is having a Big Ego a bad thing? The guys try out a new video platform called BLAB. Mordant is interviewed this week. The guys compare Periscope viewers.
Segment Two –
Charles & Mordant talk about the benefit of a Big Ego. Charles tells us how he got started with Podcasting and that his Ego has been instrumental to his progress. Ego is an excellent motivator. Mordant tells us how having a Big Ego benefits your level of Self Confidence and helps you overcome challenges, then gives us a Tortuga example. The guys talk about how a Big Ego often equals a Cooler Head. Listener Lauren in the Chatroom asks, “Can’t a Big Ego push others away?”
Segment Three –
Listener Angie in the Chatroom asks, “Isn’t having a Big Ego the same as being Arrogant?” Charles says Ego and Arrogance are often mistaken for each other. Mordant asks Charles about having doubts and gives a few examples. The guys discuss using your Ego to overcome doubt, and the difference between Arrogance and Hubris.
Segment Four: This week’s “Level Ups” –
The guys talk with the chat room about “Ego,” “SuperEgo,” and perceived Overconfidence. Mordant feels semantics are important because we have differing definitions about what it means to have a Big Ego. Have a Big Ego but don’t be a Big Jerk.
Charles’ Level Up: It’s ok to pursue your heart’s desire.
Mordant’s Level Up: Feed your Ego in order to move forward.

On Beyond Success Freaks: (Here Mordant & McFall talk about how they “Go Bigger, Badder, Better, More!”)
Charles & Mordant talk about the yearly Burning Man event. We get a bit of detail about what the event truly IS…. The guys talk about the ten principles that the event organizers live by and how to apply to them leveling up our lives.
